How do I apply for the 2023 Installment Payment Plan?
The Installment Payment Plan for 2023 can now be applied for and submitted directly from
https://broward.county-taxes.com/public.
Enter your account number, address, or name to search for your property and click on "Apply for the 2023 installment payment plan" link, if you are not already signed up for installments.
After the required information is entered and the application is submitted, the taxpayer will receive a confirmation email that will need to be acknowledged. Once the acknowledgment email is received, the application is reviewed and approved. Thereafter, an installment plan approval email is sent to the taxpayer from installment@broward.org.
The Online Installment application form must be submitted by April 30 of the current tax year.
Important Note: Taxpayers cannot participate in the installment plan after receiving their tax notice in November. For example, after receiving your 2023 tax notice, you cannot sign up for the installment plan for your 2023 taxes. You would have to sign up by April 30, 2023, for your 2023 taxes and then begin making installment payments in June.
