You must be an active Water & Wastewater Services residential customer to participate, buy and install a 1.28 GPF EPA-approved WaterSense toilet, complete the Toilet Credit Program Application and submit the completed application package with receipt for toilet (s). Once approved, the $100 credit per toilet will be applied to your account. and there are guidelines to follow. The View guideline online.
