Do I need a permit for a commercial car washing operation in Broward?
Broward County does not issue a license or permit for any kind of vehicle washing. However, the wash water coming from vehicle washing activities cannot be discharged to the ground, storm drain or any water body. The wash water shall be disposed properly by discharging into a sanitary sewer with permission from the utility company or hauled away by a licensed hauler.
