Does my private sewer project/lift station require a wastewater construction permit?
Except for the few exemptions stipulated by Section 27-194(a) of the Broward County Code of Ordinances, a county license is required for the construction, extension or alteration of any sanitary sewer collection/transmission system regardless whether the project is public or private.
