How do I place a Mosquito Service Request?

A request can be made by either giving us a call or by submitting one yourself online.

 

Reach Out by Phone

You can gives us a call at 954-765-4062 to get assistance with submitting this request on your behalf. Please make sure to have the following information on hand as it will be needed to submit your request:

  • Address for the property you'd like to make the request for
  • Name of the development or subdivision the property is located at
  • Gate code (if one is required to enter the area)
  • Best contact phone number and/or email address

Please note that we usually receive a high volume of requests between June and November which may impact our response time.

 

Online

You can submit a request by clicking here and following the instructions below.

 

  • Click the drop down menu under Type of Issue and select Mosquito Control:

  • Doing this will open a sub-menu where you will select Mosquito Service Request:

  • Clicking that will cause multiple blank fields to appear--fill them out with the information being requested on the page
  • Press the green Next button at the bottom of the screen to continue
  • On the next page, you can manually type in the address in the Issue Location field, click Use my Current Location or drag the orange icon onto the map below to provide the location address for your request:

  • Click the green Next button at the bottom of the page
  • On the next page, provide your contact information including the best email address and/or phone number you can be reached at
  • If you would like to receive update notifications of your request, make sure to select at least one of the notification options at the bottom of the page under the Notify me of updates section:

  • When you're finished, click the green Create Request button at the bottom of the page
