I submitted my service request over a week ago and I have not received notification that it has been completed. I have an event this weekend and must have my service request satisfied. What is taking so long?

Your service request will be addressed in the order it was received. Keep in mind, during the months from June through November we receive a high volume of requests. During that time, it may take longer to satisfy your request.
