Can I submit a request in writing?
A request can be made by sending a fax to 954-519-1493 or by sending a letter via U.S. Mail to the Environmental Protection and Growth Management Department, 1 N. University Dr., Mailbox 307, Plantation, Fl., 33324, or by sending an email to epdhotline@broward.org. A request in writing should be addressed to the Environmental Compliance Administrator and should contain all relevant information about the subject of your request including:

• Subject Name
• Subject Address
• What type of information you are requesting (enforcement information, discharge information, complaints, inspection results, etc.)
• Time frame of the search (Our current computer database has information from 2001 forward).
