Courtesy Notice of Violations are issed to property owners and tenants who fail to comply with established solid waste collection rules. Property owners and tenants who put their bulk waste, garbage or recycling out too early or too late are informed of the proper collection days and given options for solid waste disposal. The owner may receive a fine if the items are not removed from curbside by the given date.
